Vintage 70s Porcelain Set Koi fish for

The legendary Soviet porcelain set in the shape of fishes “The Carp Family” for strong alcoholic beverages, produced in the 1970s by the Gorodnitsa Porcelain Factory of Artistic Ceramics, an industrial enterprise in the urban-type settlement of Gorodnitsa, Zhytomyr Region, Ukraine which ceased production activities. GFZ was one of the largest porcelain enterprises in Ukraine and throughout the USSR.
An animalistic porcelain set, has natural naturalistic features, consists of: a decanter-damask with a gilded cork in the form of a large fish and 3 small shot glasses in the form of a small fishes. Lightweight high quality and fine porcelain with cobalt blue finish. Artistic hand underglaze painting with bright colors and abundant gilding: every scale, every bend and every fin is painted – is a wonderful example of the work of Soviet porcelain painters!
